聂兰花，笔名唐一鸣，中国著名牡丹国画牡丹非遗传承高级技师，共和国功勋艺术家，共和国美术大典组委会副总编，哈佛艺术学院荣誉院士，国宾礼特贡艺术家，世界文化交流伟大贡献奖得主，世界文化大使勋章获得者。新中艺术文化交流特使，中国科学管理院教育科学研究所专家委员会国画艺术专家，国家高级美术师。

清新脱俗、富贵天香、花色大美的牡丹花成为聂兰花永恒演绎的经典，正应了“庭前芍药妖无格，池上芙蕖净少情。惟有牡丹真国色，花开时节动京城。”丰富的故事寓于画中，处处表现了花开时节的灿烂美好，洋溢着蓬勃的生命力和对生活的美好祝愿。

Nie Lanhua, pseudonymized Tang Yiming, is a senior technician of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese paintings of peonies, the artist of distinguished service of the republic, the subeditor of the organization committee of the art festival of the republic, the honorary academician of the Harvard academy of arts, the artist with the special treatment of state guest. She won the prize of the great contribution to the world cultural exchange, the medal of world cultural ambassador, the title of special envoy of the art exchange of China, the expert in the committee of the scientific institute of traditional Chinese paintings education of Chinese scientific school of management and national senior artist.

The fresh, splendid and gorgeous peony has become a classic work that Nie Lanhua creates. As an ancient poem goes, “When peony blossoms in the capital, its true beauty shocks everyone, overshadowing the high-hearted lotus over the pond and the coquettish paeonia in the yard”. The enchanting story was hidden in the paintings, presenting the loveliness of blossoms, the vigorous vitality and best wishes for life.
