赵海军，无名散圣，原名艺海锤炼，中国书画交易中心筹建无名散圣国际艺术工作室兼任书法专业常务委员。与导师欧阳先生在中央文史馆主办的羲之书画报做了整版书法报导。被中国企业报道、人民网、网视中国等媒体评为中国最具收藏潜力书画家。应中国文联书画艺术交流中心邀请收藏书作。中国国际集邮网将作品公益性刊登在电话卡及邮政明信片上。中华国礼中心荣誉出品中华国礼——书画名家艺术台历。参加中国企业报道盛世中国书画界著名书画家献礼建国65周年祝福大联展。受聘为全国书画艺术界联合会主任委员。

Zhao Haijun, with the pen name of Wuming Sansheng, formerly known as Yihai Chuilian, a standing member of the calligraphy profession of Wuming Sansheng International Art Studio prepared by the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Trading Center, made a full-page calligraphy report in the Xizhi Pictorial, sponsored by China Central Institute for Culture and History with his tutor Mr. Ouyang, rated as "Calligrapher and Painter with the Most Collection Potential in China" by CENR, people.cn, China Daily and other media, invited by the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles for calligraphy collection, with works published on telephone cards and postcards for public welfare by bjcls.com, with works selected into the national gift -- the art desk calendar of famous calligraphers and painters produced by the National Gift Center, participated in the joint exhibition to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China with works of famous calligraphers and painters of the Chinese painting and calligraphy circles held by CENR and hired as the chairman of the National Federation of Calligraphy and Painting Arts.
