道金平，毕业于西北师范大学美术系中国画专业，研修于中国艺术研究院研究生，郭怡孮花鸟艺术工作室及中国热带雨林艺术研究院，擅长书法、花鸟。政协甘肃省庆阳市第二、三、五届委员会委员。世界青年文明论坛书画创作委员会委员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、《新文艺》杂志编委会委员，多年从事教育和参与环县道情皮影戏普查、保护与研究工作。参与编辑出版《环县道情皮影志》《环县道情皮影》图文书等著作。作品在《中华英才》杂志、《祖国》杂志、《美中时报》《时代周刊》《真理报》《纳斯达克网》《环球网》《中国网》《中外文化交流》《世界知识画报》《全球商业经典》《中国艺术名家海外媒体展播》个人作品集《一代巨匠》《艺无止境》分别由《神州》杂志社、河北美术出版社出版发行。作品意蕴不凡，有独特的艺术见解，为推动中外文化艺术交流做出了贡献，受到极高的赞誉和关注。

Dao Jinping majored in Chinese Painting in the Fine Arts Department of Northwest Normal University. He studied in China Academy of Arts, Guo Yizong Flower and Bird Art Studio and China Tropical Rainforest Art Research Institute. He was good at calligraphy, flowers and birds of traditional Chinese painting. He served as a member of the Gansu Qingyang Second, Third and Fifth Committee of the CPPCC, a member of the World Youth Civilization Forum Calligraphy and Painting Creation Committee, a deputy secretary general of the Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the New Literature and Art Group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, and a member of the editorial committee of the New Literature and Art. He had been engaged in education for many years and participated in the survey, protection and research of Huanxian Daoqing Chinese Shadow Puppetry. He participated in editing and publishing the "Record of Huanxian Daoqing Chinese Shadow Puppetry", "Huanxian Daoqing Chinese Shadow Puppetry", etc. His works were compiled into the Top China, Motherland, US and China Times, Time, Pravda, NASDAQ, Global Network, China Network, Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange, World Knowledge Pictorial, Global Business Classics and Overseas Media Exhibition of Chinese Artists. His personal collections of works "Great Craftsman" and "Endless Art" were published by Shenzhou Magazine and Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House respectively. His works contained extraordinary implication and unique artistic insights, which had made contributions to promoting cultural and artistic exchanges between China and foreign countries, and had received high praise and attention.
