冉凤岭，出身书香世家，现居北京。毕业于北京书画研究院花鸟系，7年的军旅生涯有缘受到王雪涛先生的亲传。现为国家一级美术师、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会艺术顾问、中国人民艺术家协会会员、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长。几十年来千余幅作品被中外各界收藏。2006年任村党支部书记间，创办《构建书画一条街，推动文化各业发展》获得河北省一等奖。央视、河北卫视作了专访。2016年5月在“纪念毛泽东、周恩来、朱德逝世四十周年全国书画名家作品大赛”中获金奖。

Ran Fengling, born into a scholarly family, now lives in Beijing. Graduated from Beijing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, the Department of Flowers and Birds; studied under Mr. Wang Xuetao in the 7-year military experience. China’s tier-one artist; Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Culture Research Association, Academic Committee, artistic advisor; the Chinese Artists Association, member; the China Calligraphy and Painters Association, New Literary and Art Group Calligraphy and Painters Working Committee, deputy secretary-general. Over the decades, more than 1,000 works have been collected by all walks of life at home and abroad. While serving as the secretary of a village party branch in 2006, created Building a Calligraphy and Painting Street and Promoting Cultural Development, which was awarded the Hebei Province first prize. Interviewed by CCTV and Hebei TV. Was awarded the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Competition in Memory of the 40th Anniversary of Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai and Zhu De gold prize in May 2016.
